Listed below are our current ad rates for our banner and text ads, but we will most likely change these rates in the near future as our traffic grows and the real estate market begins to turn around - hopefully within the next 18 months.
We are also interested in your ideas or suggestions in terms of how we could partner or work together. Whether that’s a comprehensive advertising package or a combination of advertising and content distribution. We do accept articles and real estate industry reports or research papers.
We strive to keep our advertisers happy and will make adjustments throughout the course of an ad campaign when and if needed. Our main goals is to establish relationships with companies in the real estate investors industry and keep advertisers for the long term - keep advertisers coming back.

Homepage link on the left side near the key partners section. Cost is $400 for the year.
Banner Ads
160x600 banner on the left side of all pages. Cost is $350 per month.
120x240 banner on the right side of all pages. Cost is $250 per month.
300x250 banner on the bottom of all pages. Cost is $200 per month.
